As part of the Otis Graduate Public Practice Program, we collaborated with environmental installation artist Bonnie Sherk in transforming Santa Monica Place into a living library of plants available for givaway. Shoppers entered the open-air mall and walked through the garden, ended up digging in the dirt and carrying home live plants.
